Please note: sale items cannot be exchanged, so choose carefully.

How to exchange

Email us at info@dyrbergkern.co.nz with your exchange details, then return the item/s via courier in original packaging within 7 days. Alternatively, exchanges can be made in any DK & CO store. Your order confirmation email is required as proof of purchase.

Faulty items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, email info@dkdistribution.co.nz to request an exchange or store credit, then return the item via courier to the address below. Please allow several weeks for this process.
